For the knitting patterns, you will first receive an order confirmation from the online store that will come directly to your email when you shop (always check your spam folder). A moment later, you will also receive an email with a download link. The link to the download will then be located directly under the product name on the item you purchased.

You can also create a customer account, and if you are logged in when ordering, you can also download purchased patterns from here at any time.

Yes, you can sell finished knitted products when you knit from my patterns as long as you are a private individual and not a company.

You can sell the garments on social media, trade fairs and on the Apple Store, for example, but please do not underprice so that I have a lot of competition myself.

Respect copyright - The recipes should not be shared or sold!

All recipes are digital recipes that will be sent to the email address you used when shopping.

There is no right of withdrawal for digital products delivered by download, cf. Section 22 of the Right of Withdrawal Act.

If you have a valid discount code, it is always your responsibility to use it in the shopping cart when you shop. The field where the code is entered is located in the shopping cart at the top. You will then see that it will be deducted from the price when you shop. Beasstrikkedesign does not refund if you forget or enter the wrong code.

The payment methods are completely secure and you can choose either your bank/credit card or pay with PayPal. If you are struggling to place an order, please send a message on the contact form and we will take it from there.
